Prices provided in a written quotation from The Owner as a result of an inquiry to this Web site shall be valid for 30 days from the dispatch date of the written quotation.
Payment for goods and services provided by The Owner shall be made in advance of dispatch of the finished products. Payment may be made by credit card - Visa or Mastercard - via telephone to our sales department or online via our secure payment facility from Sage Pay. Please note also that your online credit/debit card details are never revealed to The Owner. Your purchases are made via Sage Pay, a world leader in secure online payments. Payment on Sage Pay may be made in Pounds Sterling, US dollars or Euros. No goods will be shipped unless payment has been received in full. All goods shall remain the property of The Owner until payment has been received in full.
Shipping & Delivery
A table of shipping charges is provided on our Shipping information page. The customer shall be responsible for inspecting their goods on delivery and must inform The Owner of any defect or shortage in the order within seven days of receipt.
The Owner operates a 'No Quibble' returns policy. We will refund or exchange any product bought via this Web site if it is returned - in a resaleable condition - within 28 days of purchase. Please note that products with a personalised engraving cannot be resold - under EU law you cannot cancel a contract for goods that have been personalised for your. For products that are eligible for return, the purchaser must bear the carriage costs of returning them. Cases in which items have arrived in a damaged or imperfect condition will be dealt with on a individual basis.
