When will your order arrive? To answer this question, there are two parts to consider: the processing time, and the delivery time:
Processing Time
This is the time it takes our factory staff to pick your products from stock, to provide any engraving services, and to package your order ready for dispatch. The maximum processing times should be:
- Non-engraved orders: same or next working day
- Engraved orders: within 3 working days
Delivery Time
We use Royal Mail for UK Standard delivery and a courier service for UK Courier deliveries. The maximum time to deliver your order, after it has been processed by our factory, should be:
- UK Standard: 2 - 3 days
- UK Courier: 1 - 2 days (next working day for orders received before 12 noon)
- U.S.A. delivery: 10 - 12 days
- EU Zone 1 delivery: 2 - 5 days
- EU Zone 2 delivery: 3 - 7 days
- EU Zone 3 delivery: 4 - 8 days
Please note, 'next working day' delivery refers only to the delivery part of the process. It does not include our factory processing time (though in practice most Courier orders are processed same day).
The times indicated here tend to be our maximum processing times and the maximum shipping times by our carriers; in practice, most orders are processed and dispatched same or next working day.
In cases where delivery times for your order are critical, please contact us with details to confirm whether delivery can be made before your deadline.
Please note that while we use the term 'shipping price' for brevity, the charge actually covers both packaging and delivery.
